40.EX

40.EX is a closed-loop, cryogenic ethanol centrifuge extractor capable of processing up to 3,000 lbs. of biomass in 24 hrs. The system is fully automated and may be controlled remotely using a touchscreen tablet, with data logging and reporting capabilities. 40.EX is capable of processing 40 lbs. batches in 15-20 mins. Jacketed centrifuge housing and solvent tanks support either liquid coolant or vacuum at operating temperatures down to -40°C. The centrifuge is C1D1 rated with umbilical to UL explosion-proof control panel and emergency stop button in C1D2 area. An intuitive design with built in safety features prevent operator errors. The modular design allows seamless connection with in-line filtration and falling film recovery.
