Decarboxylation Reactor
Beaker & Wrench’s Decarboxylation Reactor performs complete decarboxylation of 40L of crude in 3hrs. It has the ability to remove light and medium weight terpenes under vacuum, making the terpene stripping portion of distillation extremely efficient. Our decarb machine includes an overhead mixer and a programmed VFD for stirring and foaming prevention. An overflow sensor/blow off valve is included and allows the operator to ‘set and forget.’ Loading and unloading material can be done through ports utilizing the 5-way valve control. A Clean In Place process is part of the hardware design, making it easier than ever to cleanse and preserve your decarboxylation equipment.
