• Drain: Material column drain ports and out to IRC

• Inline Remediation Column (IRC): Material column bypass (from injection manifold), feed port (from drain manifold), bypass, pressure gauge, and PRV.

• Newly designed Solvent Tanks/Collection Vessels:  Designed for safety, modularity, and function. Liquid is drained from the bottom port and injected into the top rack manifold. 2” jacket ports help maintain a quick flow with any chiller/heater size. Three auxiliary vapor ports for utility and maintenance.  

• Modular Heat Exchanger: Coil-based heat exchanger with the option of using dry ice OR a chiller on the recovery side. Features 30ft of coil per heat exchanger, and can be combined with each other to increase cooling capacity.

• 2 – 6”x24” columns (5lbs capacity milled material each).

• 160 lb Jacketed Solvent Tank and Collection Vessel.

• Rack section with manifold.

• Material socks included to streamline workflow.

• Heat exchangers can accommodate up to 1lb/min butane recovery.
