The USA Lab Helios-20 ethanol centrifuge allows users the ability to extract botanical compounds to achieve superb results and separation while maintaining a closed loop system. The USA Made Helios-20 takes 18-20 gallons of alcohol per batch and 15-20lbs of biomass per batch for approximately 350-450lbs of dry material per 8 hour shift with a single operator under safe C1D1&2 conditions.

With a fully enclosed 1/2″ FNPT jacket, the end user can circulate fluid with temperatures of -40°F with ease. The centrifuge lid also has 3x 1.5″ Tri-Clamp ports and a 2″ Tri-Clamp drain for maximum customization and ease of use.
